Stacey’s journey in HR began with a passion for people and a knack for business. With over a decade of HR consulting experience, she’s been there, done that, and transformed HR from a mundane necessity into a strategic powerhouse to make strategic business decisions.

Raised by entrepreneurs and shaped by first-hand small business experiences, Stacey understands the early struggles and triumphs that resonate with business owners. She attended Ball State University, earning her bachelor of science in Human Resource Management. A devoted IU fan, Stacey’s Hoosier spirit fuels her passion for helping small to medium-sized businesses succeed in any arena. Her depth of knowledge and expertise across various industries make her an invaluable asset to any organization. Whether a tech startup, a manufacturing company, or a healthcare organization, Stacey brings a wealth of experience to each client.

Stacey built her business with one non-negotiable: her life had to work for her daughter.
She was determined to be both a strong professional and a fully present mom. Possibilities Unlocked was born from that vision. It’s a business rooted in flexibility, resilience, and the belief that leadership doesn’t have to come at the cost of family.

She’s proud to be a role model for her daughter, and either other nieces and nephews. They get to see what it looks like when someone builds a career around purpose, lives out their values, and still makes time for Friday night pizza and messy kitchen dance parties.

Stacey’s based in Indiana, but the love runs deep for her days in Nashville and Charlotte. So does her love of ranch…on pretty much everything.

She is a woman of service at her core. Stacey gives her time and resources to causes that matter, including the Chase the Dreams Foundation and the Beth Boone Buech Memorial Foundation in Indianapolis. She believes in doing good work and doing good in the world.

And if you’re wondering what’s playing in the background, it’s probably country or R&B. Her upcoming podcast will bring those two worlds together: real talk, meaningful work, and music that makes you feel something.
